Practice Area Overview. Julia Ybarra is the newest addition to the Gallagher & Associates team. Ms. Ybarra concentrates her practice in corporate and insurance matters. Located in Seville, Spain, Ms. Ybarra also focuses on International Comparative Law issues and in Comparative Law Legal Education. She has lectured on International Comparative Law at the Pablo Olavides University in Seville, Spain and has taught courses as an Adjunct Professor for Comparative Law and International Relations at the Centro Andaluz de Estudios Empresariales (CEADE), affiliated with the University of Wales in England.

Legal Experience. Ms. Ybarra is admitted to the State bar in Massachusetts.

Background. Ms. Ybarra is a graduate of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University where she graduated with a degree in Regional and Comparative Studies of Europe and Africa. She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law with an additional Concentration Degree in High Technology. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Ybarra also has extensive publishing and public relations experience and is a graduate of the Radcliffe Publishing Course at Harvard University.
